I started making macarons in March 2024, not fully knowing what I was getting myself into. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a passion—filled with trial, error, and a whole lot of determination. I made them for family, friends, birthdays, holidays, and sometimes just for fun.
I’ve always loved baking, but something about the challenge of the macaron pulled me in. It’s a delicate, intricate dessert, and mastering it became a goal I couldn’t let go of.
